This tofu is so aromatic with the fresh lime!
1 Block extra firm tofu (drained, rinsed & cubed)
2 tablespoons gluten-free tamari or soy sauce
2 tablespoons Braggs Amino Acid
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon agave
zest of a lime plus juice
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
cracked pepper to taste
Add cubed tofu to a large mixing bowl and add all ingredients. Toss to coat, cover and place in fridge for about an hour (up to 2 hours). Once ready to air fry, remove tofu from the marinade and place in your air fryer at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve warm over your favorite rice or grain and top with a vibrant salad of your choice. Enjoy!
