Return Policy and Exchange Process

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to concerns regarding skincare product tampering, we have chosen to err on the side of caution by not re-shipping products that have been delivered to someone’s home. Therefore we cannot accept returns, so be sure you’re ordering the right product, and having it sent to the correct address.

If the product was found to be damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped or some other problem occurred with your shipment, please contact us through the “Contact ” button, or at julie@rosemarysaltandthyme.com, and we will try our best to fix the problem!

In the event an item arrives damaged, please report the damage to us as soon as possible. Damaged items must be reported with 7 days of receipt. Save the original packaging. Please do not attempt to fix or correct any problems without authorization.
