Tofu Salad With Sesame Miso Dressing
- 1 small head Iceburg lettuce, rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 smallish tomatoes, quartered
- Red pickled ginger threads
- 1 pound firm or soft tofu, patted dry and cut into bite-sized cubes
- Salad: In a large bowl, add lettuce and top with tomatoes, ginger and tofu. Drizzle with dressing and serve right away.
